Media engagement complements outreach activities, raising awareness of the research in the community and helping reach out to a global audience. In addition to regularly featuring in Curtin media releases, publications and social media, members of the Space Science and Technology Centre make  international headlines and actively engage with the media around the world.

In 2018 alone, our group hit the news over 424 times, with this coverage reaching a cumulative audience of 5,263,047 and had an advertising space rate of AUD 29,786,109.
